Sleeps up to 27 People!
This home offers 12 full, queen, or king size beds, 2 twin folding beds, & 4 twin beds configured at 2 day beds with trundles. A group of 18 can each have their own bed. With double occupancy in each bed that allows for it, there are still 9 individual places to sleep & the house can accommodate up to 27 people in beds.
The Great Escape River House is NOT a 2000 square foot house, in a cookie cutter suburban house, awkwardly configured to warehouse 20+ bodies, with no room to park or roam. This is a custom built house, with Plenty of Parking and tranquil surroundings which offer a Retreat like atmosphere with multiple areas for both large groups and small groups to gather.
The Great Escape River House is a destination Resort. There is no other Vacation House on the Gulf Coast that compares ~ Possibly no other in the USA. Whether it's the sounds of giggling children, crickets or heart felt laughter of good friends sharing old tales or making new memories, the Great Escape River House has what you are looking for in a family / friend, Golfer, Business, Spiritual getaway.
To the Golfers, who are without a doubt the groups that are in the house the least amount of time, but appreciate every moment they are there - Stay here just once & any return trip to the Gulf Coast, this will be your destination!

Outside Amenities Include, but not limited to:
- FEMA Approved Passenger Elevator (Great for those with mobility issues, bringing in or out luggage and groceries, and wheelchair accessible)
- 15' x 30' Swimming Pool, surrounded by a huge deck, with a ramp that leads to deck

- Fire Pit (As a convenience for our guests, for a fee, firewood can be provided or guests can either bring or purchase their own wood)
- Waterfront Property ~ right on the Biloxi River
- River Side private Dock
- Ping Pong (Table Tennis) and Basketball Hoop
- Picnic Tables, benches, and plenty of seating under house, at fire pit, and pool side
- 2 outdoor charcoal grilling areas (on outside upper uncovered deck & under house)
- Near outside grills are stainless steel sinks for easy clean-up
- 8 Person Hot Tub on covered upper deck (cleaned between each stay)
- Toilet closet near Hot Tub on covered upper deck
- Refrigerator / Freezer on covered upper deck
- Outside Stereo on Covered upper deck with speakers on both upper covered deck & under house (although Gulfport does have some strict noise laws; we count on our guests to keep it a reasonable - won't disturb the neighbors - noise level)
- Under covered porches (both at the front & rear of house) plenty of seating
- The circular driveway, driveway to north side of house, & under house, provides plenty of parking

It has 4 full bathrooms and offers many of the same amenities, but on a smaller scale. The River Lookout is just South of the Great Escape River House only separated by a wooded lot.

All 3 amazing Vacation Houses are located in the City Limits of Gulfport, MS. Each with a Water Feature, either on a large pond or waterfront to the Biloxi River. All are less than 3 miles north of I-10, and less than 8 miles (almost straight south) to the Gulf of Mexico Beaches. Book both River Properties to sleep up 43 people; book all 3 properties (Hidden Escape less than 5 miles from the River Houses) to sleep up to 65 people! |
