The quoting software can't factor all the variables that go into a quoting this unique house. So keep in mind:
- Rates are based on 4 or more nights being booked, so if your dates are less than 4 nights., especially over a weekend, the quote is likely too low and will need an adjustment
- Rates are based on 18 or less people, visitors, children, and overnight guests combined. If you have more than 18 people, there will be a per person per night booked charge, but this likely does reduce the overall per person cost.
