For each dog, there is a $250 Pet Fee. (If this Pet Fee was Proportionate to a $75 Pet Fee at 700 Square foot condo - it would be a $480 Pet Fee).
Prior to Stay, Guest(s) Agree:
- any Pet must be approved in advance
- large or dangerous breed dogs may be denied
During stay, Guest(s) Agrees to:
- Crate unsupervised dog(s)
- Leash dog(s) outdoors on the property
- Not allow dog(s) in Pool area
- Not allow dog(s) in Pool or Hot Tub
- Pick up after dog(s) inside and outdoors
- Leave no evidence of the dog(s) stay (pee stains, damaged furnishings, etc.)
- Flea and Tick treat dog(s) Prior to arrival
- brush dog(s) daily
- Sign Pet Policy

PROPANE TANK FOR PROPANE GRILL:
Currently House has both Gas and Charcoal Grills. Someday, the Propane Grill maybe replaced with another charcoal grill. While a Propane Grill is on site, an empty Propane Tank is left with it, for the guest to fill if they wish. For a convenience fee, Host will have filled Propane Tank left with the Grill, prior to Guest Arrival.
Booking only a 2 Night STAY where one or more nights is a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday?
For these days of the weekend, Rates are based on 4 or more Nights being booked. This is because once Just one of these Nights is booked, it is very unlikely the rest of the week will book. So Rather than saying no to a short 2 night booking, adding an extra fee, to help off set the lost revenue on a shorter stay, has been the best solution. Shorter 2 and 3 night quotes without an added fee are available on available weekends when the arrival date is less than 18 nights away.

That doesn't always work for every group. If you must book a shorter stay, it is available at an additional charge. The site can calculate this for you under Options, that you must add for an accurate quote, depending on if your stay is 2 or 3 nights.
