is located just minutes North of I-10 in the City of Gulfport, Mississippi. Once here, you & your group will feel miles from everything; yet you're just minutes from anywhere on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and less than 1 1/2 hour from New Orleans
The Great Escape River House is unlike anything available to rent on the Gulf Coast. This spectacular home is 4,500 square feet of comfort, luxury, and entertainment.

This home offers 12 full, queen, or king size beds and 2 convertible sofas, A group of 14 could each have their own bed/sofa. Even though with double occupancy in each of the beds, the number is higher, we do restrict the house to 22 people, to maintain the spacious feel.
Please do not mistake The Great Escape River House for a 2000 square foot suburban home, awkwardly configured to warehouse 20 bodies, with no room to park or roam. There is Plenty of Parking and tranquil surroundings offer a Retreat like atmosphere.

The Great Escape River House is a destination Resort onto itself. With the Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Gourmet Kitchen, Great Room with Pool Table, numerous flat screen TV's, River Views, there is nothing to compare it to on the Gulf Coast. In addition to the house's amenities, Guests of the Great Escape River House are given the opportunity to also enjoy some of the adjacent property to the South.
Known as the "River Woods Path" this trail, while not included with the Rental of the Great Escape River House, it is often made available to its guests. The "River Woods Path" offers a concrete trail, through park like surroundings, running parallel to the Biloxi River. This path leads to a covered seating area, with two benches and a couple of swings. Currently, "River Woods Path" is a little rough, with no power to it; but one day, we hope to have it lighted with ceiling fans running under the covered seating area.

River Lookout, can accommodate up to 12, at the house, on the property, South of the "River Woods Path." River Lookout, is not even visible from the Great Escape River House, yet within walking distance.
